In the heart of Singapore's vibrant culinary scene, within the elegant confines of Min Jiang at Dempsey, two souls embarked on their lifelong journey together. This celebration wasn't just about the union of two individuals; it was a testament to enduring love, meticulously crafted details, and the unforgettable ambiance that Min Jiang at Dempsey so effortlessly provides.

The Enchanting Venue: Min Jiang at Dempsey

Nestled amidst lush greenery, Min Jiang at Dempsey offers a unique and sophisticated setting for weddings. The sprawling gardens provide a picturesque backdrop for ceremonies and photo opportunities, while the tastefully decorated interiors exude an understated luxury. We love how the venue’s versatility allows couples the creative freedom to explore and incorporate a variety of floral colour schemes into their decor.

Our Flower Selection

Our couple reached out five months before their ROM, envisioning a minimalist look that would feel calm and uncluttered. We eventually settled on a classic green and white palette — timeless, elegant, and always in style. 

To complement the bride’s chic satin gown, we created a clean, round bouquet featuring white O’Hara roses, celebrated for their soft beauty and exquisite fragrance.

Venue Styling

The solemnisation took place in Min Jiang’s private dining area, where each table was adorned with a fresh flower vase for guests to take home as a keepsake after the celebration. For intimate gatherings, table décor is a must — it elevates the atmosphere with elegance and romance, adding a joyful flourish to such a special day.

With no stage in the venue, the pedestals from our Solemnisation Package became the focal point, beautifully framing our couple and creating the perfect backdrop for photographs.
