Subscription Policy

 

Delivery frequency

Fresh flower subscription will be delivered every alternate Monday. Delivery will happen on the nearest Monday, based on billing cycle.

E.g. Every 2 weeks, our system will automatically deduct the subscription charges. You will receive an email titled ‘Order WMXXXX confirmed’ to indicate that you have paid for the subscription for that month. Delivery will take place on the nearest Monday, after the email is sent.

 

Automated monthly billing

Payment will be deducted automatically from the credit card that you used during the first payment. Billing frequency would be every 2 weeks.

You may update your billing details by logging into your account.

  1. Click ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’, under account details.

  2. Then click on your active subscription section.

  3. Look for 'Payment method', and click 'Edit'.

 

Changing of subscription delivery address

To change delivery address, log in to your account.

  1. Click ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’, under account details.

  2. Then click on your active subscription section.

  3. Look for 'Shipping', and click 'Edit'.

 

Subscription cancellation

Customers can cancel their subscription anytime. Before cancelation, please ensure the status under 'Billing schedule' is reflected as 'scheduled'. If the status is 'Payment processed', it means you have been billed for that week and refund would not be possible. 

To cancel the subscription,

  1. Login to your account, look for ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ tab.

  2. Choose the subscription that you want to cancel.

  3. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.

 

Skipping subscription

Unfortunately our platform doesn't allow subscribers to skip their subscription. However, we can reschedule the delivery date to another week. Please inform us at least 3 working days in advanced for rescheduling. Do note that you will still be billed for rescheduling. 

 

Pausing subscription

To pause your subscription, 

  1. Login to your account, look for ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ tab.

  2. Choose the subscription that you want to cancel.

  3. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.

Whenever you are ready to reactivate your subscriptions, simply click on 'Reactivate my subscription' button.
